This ghost looks like he's homeless but happy.  He was "living" at the intersection of Grande and F shortly after Halloween.  He seems to like hanging out at the vacant school district lot on Mid-Grande.  Today, he was adorned with a Santa hat and a little mini Santa. 

Now you're a holiday ghost, Mikey! 

Mikey likes attention but keep your dog a distance.  Mikey is not a fire hydrant!
